Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
At Élovris, we aim to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience for every customer. To maintain service reliability and minimize fraudulent or unconfirmed orders, our Cash on Delivery (COD) service follows the policy outlined below.
1. COD Eligibility

Cash on Delivery is available only for orders within Pakistan.

COD can be selected for orders up to Rs. 100,000.

For all orders above Rs. 10,000, customers are required to pay a Rs. 1,000 advance confirmation payment before dispatch.
2. Advance Payment Requirement

The advance amount of Rs. 1,000 will be deducted from your total bill at the time of final payment upon delivery.

Once the advance payment is made, your order will be processed, confirmed, and dispatched within the standard delivery timeframe.

The advance payment can be made through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any other approved method provided by Élovris.
3. Order Confirmation Process

After placing a COD order, our team will call or message the customer for verification.

Orders that are not verified or for which the advance payment is not received will be automatically cancelled.

This policy ensures genuine order processing and helps us provide timely and reliable service.
4. Refund of Advance Payment (If Applicable)

In case your order is cancelled before dispatch or if the product becomes unavailable, the Rs. 1,000 advance will be fully refunded via your original payment method.

Once the order has been dispatched, the advance payment becomes non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery (as per our Return & Exchange Policy).
5. Policy Acknowledgment
By selecting Cash on Delivery, the customer agrees to comply with Élovris’ COD Policy and all related terms mentioned in our Shipping and Return & Exchange Policies.
